1) (Full Time) Event Marketing & Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing manager and potentially assist the company director, sales, and operations teams as needed.
  • Aid in various marketing initiatives including the creation of marketing collaterals, implementation of marketing campaigns, managing media sponsorships, partnerships, community engagement, press releases, and influencer outreach.
  • Maintain and update content on event websites and social media platforms, managing inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Craft engaging content for social media posts, promotional emails, blogs, and other marketing materials.
  • Create simple graphics using Canva and produce videos for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, as well as other necessary collaterals.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement for both the brand and events.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics on a weekly and monthly basis, providing detailed reports.
  • Assist in external communications with vendors, agencies, and brands, and manage media clippings and fulfillments.
  • Support marketing and sales efforts through administrative tasks including data collection, data entry, and designing survey forms.
  • Provide onsite support during marketing events, assisting with social media coverage, managing giveaways, coupon redemption, logistics, and other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Min. Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields, and be a Singapore Citizen/PR.
  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of professional working experience.
  • Exhibit proficient command of the English language, both written and verbal, with fluency in Chinese being advantageous.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Display a responsible attitude with exceptional time management abilities to successfully execute assigned tasks within specified deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Showcase meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Have familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), MS Office, and Canva for basic graphic design
  • Possess video editing skills, particularly in creating trending TikTok content is a plus
  • Show resourcefulness and adeptness in creative problem-solving.
  • Be a proactive self-starter capable of working autonomously.

Benefits

  • Salary: $1.8k – $2.2k
  • Mon – Fri (5 days work week, except for event days)

2) (Temp) Onsite Event Support Crew – Various Roles

Dates: 14 – 17 November 2024

Time: Event Hours (10am-9pm daily) 

Location: Singapore EXPO, Hall 5

Customer Service Role (Various Positions Available)

  • Provide good customer service for a positive visitor experience
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors & media, addressing their inquries and concerns, issuing and tracking free gifts and other vouchers
  • Assist to collect visitor data and data entry
  • Assist in packing of goodie bags and vouchers
  • Execution of other tasks assigned by Event IC

Marketing Support (Position Available)

  • Support Marketing Team in the creation and postings on social media  (Tiktok/IG/Facebook) including trending videos
  • Managing and coordination of influencers and community centres groups
  • Support in packing of goodie bags, collection of visitor data and event data entry
  • Execution of other Marketing / Ad-hoc event related tasks assigned by Event IC

Operations Support (Various Positions Available)

  • Support operations team onsite (crowd control/stage coordination/help desk for operations, etc)
  • Support in packing of goodie bags, collection of visitor data and event data entry
  • Execution of other Operations / Ad-hoc event related tasks assigned by Event IC

Qualifications

  • Must be Singaporean
  • At least 16 years old
  • Commit to work during the stated dates, weekends and public holidays and timings
  • At least GCE “O” Level Certificate, students welcomed
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills

Pay Rate:

$12/hr
